Job Description
Responsibilites:
- Perform all construction WHS as instructed by Supervisor by working with the whole Work Team in Changi Airport T2 work sites and office to perform daily Workplace Health and Safety activities in a timely, efficient and accurate manner to ensure smooth daily operations.
- To work in warehouse, project site (airside) and office and anywhere in Singapore as instructed.
- Assist in the implementation of the Safety Management System on the worksite
- Inspection of site daily and take appropriate corrective actions; prepares inspection report for the Construction Manager for immediate action
- Conduct in-house safety orientation for all new joiners to the site, and also conduct daily tool box meeting
- Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times
- To conduct risk assessment and identify safety hazards on site
- Work closely with safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are met
- Co-ordinate with co-worker for operational support activities
- Responsible for all the site matters including safety and other matters
- To comply with all work rules and regulation as set out by all Government authorities as well as the Main Contractor and the Company.
- All other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a certificate in Mechanical/Civil Work/Electrical/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2-4 years experience in conveyor installation, construction industry and Changi Airport related work are added advantage
- Willing to work 6 days per week and OT if required.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good initiative and analytical skills
