Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities
- Sourcing for required material and suppliers
- Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers/ sub-contractors
- Contract administration
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized Institution
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design
- Knowledge in Building Contracts is an advatange
